Program Description

Ballego Accounting & Tax Services, Inc. We operates a mobile messaging program. Users may opt-in to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by providing their phone number during appointment scheduling, on client intake forms, or by texting a keyword to our number.

Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, tax deadline alerts, document requests, and account updates.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the tax season cycle.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received in connection with Ballego mobile messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan. Please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans.

How to Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially or contact us directly.

Carrier Liability

Carriers (including Canadian and US wireless providers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
